•All ‘ Grundtvig ’ organisations eligible, but focus on local learning providers of all kinds, including prisons
•Working together on topics of mutual interest
•Involvement of adult learners at all stages of the project
•Minimum 3 Socrates countries, of which 1 EU, average 4.5 countries
•Applications via National Agency (1 March)
•Single stage selection procedure, contract via NA
•Predominantly two to three years, but annual funding
•Average grant €8,000 per organisation per year
